While our e-learning courses are typically non-refundable due to their digital nature, we offer refunds in specific circumstances where genuine issues are present:
- Non-Delivery of Course: If we fail to provide access to the course you purchased.
- Pre-Booking Delays: If the course does not commence as scheduled in pre-booked cases.
- Technical Issues: If the course software is incompatible with your system and prevents access.
- If your refund request is approved, the refund amount will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that the exact timing may vary depending on your financial institution, and delays may occur due to bank processing times. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated, and you can expect the funds to be reflected in your original method of payment within the specified time frame.
Refund requests made with dishonest intent will be reviewed and may be denied at the sole discretion of Quant Finance Institute (QFI) management.
